Can I make returns?

After the 7 days we will not accept returns from your Style Box. If you purchase an item/s through our website you also have 7 days to make a return. The item/s must be sent back unmarked, unused and with tags.

 

How long do I have to send my box back?

You have 7 days to return the box back to us.

 

Will I be charged if I keep my box for longer than 7 days?

If you need to hang onto your Parcel Post for longer than a week, just email us and let us know! If not communicated with otherwise, you will automatically be charged a $50 stylist fee. If after a week from the original return date we still haven’t received your box back your card will automatically be charged for the box in its entirety.

 

Do you have to send something back?

Of course not! We encourage you to try every piece on and try to incorporate them into your wardrobe! And if we do our jobs right, you won’t have to send anything back to us.

 

What is the stylist fee for?

The stylist fee covers the time and individual care we put into each Parcel Post we piece together. This fee also covers shipping and is automatically applied to a client’s total if their Parcel Post is bought in whole.

 

Do you guys ever do themed boxes as gifts?

Yes! We have done birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, wine country escapades and a few other fun ones! If your person is celebrating something special we are your girl’s!
